The Classic Card can be yours for only EUR 2.00 per month in the first year and EUR 5.50 per month in subsequent years.*
For first-time card complete cardholders, an additional card is available free of charge for the first year* and costs only EUR 3.20 thereafter.
*The card fee will be charged annually for 12 months in advance.

Account statements by e-mail
Once a month an account statement listing all your transactions will be sent to you by e-mail.
PIN
When you make purchases and cash withdrawals with your card, you will be asked to enter your PIN. Did you know? Now you can even create your own PIN!
NEW: Go digital!
For ultimate convenience, you can now apply for a Classic Card directly online! (You must be at least 18 years of age.)
In this procedure, you will be asked to identify yourself via VideoID and sign your application with a digital signature. You will need a webcam, a microphone, a valid photo ID (passport or similar official ID), a salary statement/proof of income (as PDF or Image file) and your mobile telephone. VideoID applications can be made any day of the week, but only between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (CET).

Travel Insurance
Worldwide Travel Insurance Protection
Your credit card from card complete includes worldwide travel insurance, with coverage up to EUR 750,000 for Gold and Platinum Cards, or EUR 726,750 for Classic Cards. This protection applies automatically all year long, even for journeys not paid for with your card. The only condition is that you use your card regularly (at least once within the last 2 months before a claim). The insurance applies for journeys up to 90 days, but if you want to travel for longer, there is an option to extend the protection to six months.

First-time cardholders of Classic Cards with insurance are automatically covered by cancellation insurance for private travel - free of charge in the first year. This cancellation insurance continues in subsequent years, as long as the cardholder has collected at least 200 credits (each credit represents a transaction value of EUR 15) with the card in the previous year.

Car rentals at special rates — exclusively for Visa cardholders
The world’s leading car rental companies AVIS and Hertz offer special discounts to all card complete Visa cardholders.
When reserving your car, simply quote the discount code (on the back of your Visa card) and your Visa card number to receive preferential rates.
Special rates from Hertz throughout the world
Hertz, the world’s largest car rental agency, offers Visa cardholders from card complete special rates at over 7000 locations in more than 150 countries. Just enter the Hertz CDP code on the back of your Visa card when making your reservation, which you can do on the specially designed Visa booking page.

Book your preferred car from AVIS online
Visa cardholders from card complete can book cars online, pay with Visa and automatically save money when they quote the special discount code (AWD number on the back of the card).
AVIS Preferred Members can book directly under “AVIS Preferred Reservation” on the AVIS website. For security reasons, please enter your name and Wizard number but NOT your credit card number.
