Mastercard E-Commerce Protection
Enjoy more security and peace of mind when shopping online with Mastercard E-Commerce Protection. This insurance is available free of charge to all Mastercard premium cardholders (Gold, Platinum, World, World Elite) and applies for a whole year (with an option to renew). It offers three-way protection for your online purchases:
- Purchase protection ensures your online purchases against theft or damage (except as a result of improper use) for 30 days. Products up to a value of EUR 2,500 will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
- A warranty extension adds a third year to the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for household and other electrical devices up to a value of EUR 2,500.
- Best Price Protection: If you find a purchased product cheaper in another online store within the next 30 days, you will be refunded the difference up to a value of EUR 2,500 (minimum purchase price and minimum difference each EUR 50).
