The Austrian banking industry has established its own Conciliation Board to settle certain disputes. Customers of all participating financial institutions (including card complete Service Bank AG) may appeal to this arbitrating body.
This board deals with complaints relating to
- cross-border transfers,
- transactions with electronic payment cards,
- electronic commerce,
- cross-border payments in euro,
- distance selling of financial services, and
- insufficient information in the residential lending process.
